Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for returned items.

There are no costs for return shipping. We aim to make your returns as hassle-free as possible.
How to Return
You can return the product in-store or by mail. For in-store returns, simply bring the item and your proof of purchase to our store at 303 W Commercial St, Lebanon, MO 65536. To return by mail, please follow the instructions below to obtain a return label.
Return Label
Customers can download and print the return label from our website. Instructions for preparing and sending your return will be provided along with your return label.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange the product for the same item. Please contact us at sales@twoguysmusic.shop to arrange an exchange.
