Description
When Gibson introduced the Advanced Jumbo guitar back in the late 1930s, it boasted one of the most prominent low-end voices of any guitar available, largely thanks to having a large, round-shouldered Dreadnought body. The AJ is constructed with an Adirondack Red Spruce top and Rosewood back and sides for that huge sound. A V-shaped Mahogany neck is topped with a Rosewood fretboard for a traditional look and feel, and braced with a traditional scalloped “X”. This limited edition Luthier’s Choice model features distinctive Mother-Of-Pearl inlay on the fingerboard, as well as LR Baggs Lyric electronics for amazing tone when you plug in. This guitar is in excellent condition with little to no signs of previous play time to be seen on it, just a few pick marks if you look hard enough.
