Caparison guitars are made in Japan and have found endorsers among such rockers as Joel Stroetzel of Killswitch Engage and Phil Campbell of Motorhead. The company’s TAT II S model is a neck-through design with a body that is angled–not parallel–to the neck. This creates a more comfortable playing position particularly above the 12th fret. Another unique feature is a finish that’s been hand-applied to cool, “sponge-like” effect. The guitar is built with a hard-maple neck and an alder body. With Caparison Design humbucker pickups, versatile Schaller Model M pickup switching, and a Schaller locking vibrato system, the TAT II is a versatile guitar for a multitude of applications, not withstanding metal and hard rock. This pre-owned TAT II +S is in overall excellent condition and may have some light scratches or pickmarks, but is in otherwise great shape cosmetically and playing wise!
